Patrick Agyemang never really settled at Priestfield and was quickly shipped off to Preston at a tidy profit after impressing and frustrating fans in equal measure.
Clearly talented, "Aggy" scored some spectacular goals, but often drifted out of games, leading to criticism from some sections of the Gills support.
A rumour has linked the former Wimbledon man with a return to Priestfield, but considering the fact that he has proved himself at Championship level with Preston, he is unlikely to drop a division (not to mention significantly drop his wages) to re-sign for a club where he never appeared happy in the first place.

How times have changed... Many fans criticised him at the time, but most would kill to have a player of his ability in the squad now. Can't see this move happening, simply because if he wanted to leave Deepdale, he'd be sure to secure a move to another Championship club, or a more affluent League One club.
