Gillingham defender Josh Gowling could return to the squad after missing the last five games with an ankle injury.
Winger Andy Barcham and striker Denis Oli are pushing for starts, while midfielder Mark Bentley is set to be on the bench despite asking for a move.
Aldershot boss Dean Holdsworth told BBC Surrey: "Yes, we've let in goals, but it's come down to individuals doing the basics wrong. We're looking to address that, but you've got to defend as a team.
"We've done OK in a big percentage of games, but when we've not done it, we've been punished.
"We know it's a tough game and they've got some big players. It's about concentration levels and taking chances.
"We're going out to win the game but at the end of the game it all comes down to the players. You get them out over the line and hope they do their jobs properly."
