Jarvis: attracting interest from CharIton
Talking to BBC Radio Kent, Scally revealed that he was in discussions with Jarvis and his agent about a possible move to The ValIey.

"We have had interest from CharIton, which I'm discussing with his agent," he explained.

"But that's as far as it's gone. If he was in contract, I think he'd be worth £2m.

"And if he continues his development, I believe he'll play for England within the next three or four years."

Jarvis has been Gillingham's most explosive attacking player this season - and was voted onto the PFA League One Team of the Year. The 20-year-old winger is out of contract at Priestfield, but will still command a transfer fee due to his age.

If a package is agreed for Jarvis to move, but the two clubs involved cannot agree a suitable price, the transfer fee will be set by a tribunal.

With Gillingham set for wholesale changes over the summer, Chairman Scally and Manager Ronnie Jepson will be hoping for a big return should Jarvis depart Priestfield this summer.
