Dickson stays on

The pacy frontman, who has scored four goals in two starts for the Gills so far, including a hat-trick on his full debut against Luton in the Johnstone's Paints Trophy last week, has impressed with his pace and finishing ability.

Charlton manager Alan Pardew is pleased to see his young striker getting the first team football he needs - and is delighted to see him finding the net, too.

"We're keeping tabs on Chris and it goes without saying that we're delighted he's getting among the goals in League 1."
