Jarvis started his career at Gillingham before joining Wolves in 2007, with Bremner giving him his reserve team debut at the age of just 16.
Bremner told BBC Radio Kent: "I'm delighted for him. He had a good shot with either foot and a great attitude."
Jarvis could line up against Wales international Andrew Crofts - a former team-mate at youth, reserve and first team level at Gillingham - at the Millennium Stadium.
Bremner added: "He (Jarvis) and Crofty had two great attitudes and you need attitude, aggression and ability.
"I used to take him (Jarvis) into training before he could drive. Some of the kids used to laugh at me when I used to take him running along the seafront at Gillingham.
"I'm particularly pleased for his parents. Without the parents backing them, bringing them up in the right manner, they wouldn't grow up to be the people they are."
