Facey linked with Gills move

Facey, who has played for nine different clubs so far in his career, has reportedly had talks with Gillingham and may be on the verge of a move to Priestfield on a free transfer.

The 27-year-old, who has netted 45 goals in 145 league starts in his career, had a decent season at Rotherham last year, scoring 10 times in 37 starts.

He has a reputation as a big, bustling centre forward with excellent ability in the air.

With Gillingham working hard behind the scenes to secure the services of a number of players, Facey is the latest in a line of players rumoured to be in discussions with the Gills.
