Gillingham goalkeeper Ross Flitney said he is looking to upset local rivals Brighton & Hove Albion at the Amex Stadium in the Carling Cup on Tuesday.Flitney, who had a loan spell with the Seagulls in 2003 told BBC Radio Kent: "We're expecting to have a busy night.

"I think it'll be a keep-ball session for them. We're going to try and go there and upset the party."

The Gills have only made it past the first round once in the last five seasons, beating Plymouth in 2009.

The 27-year-old said he was relishing the opportunity to play against Brighton, even if the the surroundings are a little different.

"I haven't actually seen the new stadium yet," he said.

"I only played three games there on loan, but two were clean sheets. I was a nice place to play and the fans down there were brilliant. It seems like an eternity ago now.

"It'll be a good experience whatever the squad will be."
