Gills make the top five!

Fans register their votes each day to go into a prize draw. The name pulled out of the hat wins £250,000 for their club to sign a new player, plus a cool £10,000 for themselves. Two more clubs, both from different leagues, will each win £50,000. There are also pairs of WorId Cup tickets up for grabs.

Despite our relatively small fanbase, the Gills support has really gone for it in recent weeks, and thanks to their constant voting, they have cast almost 20,000 votes since the competition started.

The fifth place position is all the more remarkable when you see the size of the clubs below us. All 72 clubs in the FootbaIl League, plus a number of SPL clubs, make up the 84-strong league table - and at the time of writing, only Leeds United, SheffieId Wednesday, Bristol Rovers and Reading are above the Gills in the table.
