"The left-back made the most of it. It was a poor decision. We twice went behind and once we might have crumbled, but we're growing in confidence."

Meanwhile MK Dons manager Paul Ince has confirmed that he will lodge an appeal after being sent to the stands for his protest at Gillingham's second equaliser.

Andy Barcham scored in the 65th minute to earn the home side a point with a 2-2 draw.
