He left Millwall after being accused of wielding a knife during a training ground incident with Mark McCammon, but since then, he has joined West Ham, where he has been a regular in their reserve side and his performances have led to his inclusion in the England under 18 side.
Gills manager Neale Cooper was delighted to secure the young striker's loan signing, saying, "I'm pleased we have been able to bring him in as there were quite a few clubs after him.
"He is a decent player, he's fit and works hard. He knows where the goal is and his arrival gives us options in the forward positions.
"He'll play a part in tomorrow's reserve game and if he does OK he will have a chance of making the squad for Saturday."
