Gills Youth Team Coach moves on

Gills Youth coach, Scott Fitzgerald, has swopped Priestfied for the New Den. He has accepted an opportunity to test himself at a higher level.

He said: "I was desperate to coach a team up against the best and in Millwall's division they play Chelsea, Arsenal and West Ham.

"I've been at Gillingham for four months and I loved it and I did have second thoughts about leaving.

"The chairman has been fantastic to me and the new manager has been great. I really believe the first team are going places"
