Harris: Joins the Gills until the end of the season

The former Arsenal trainee made a name for himself at Millwall, where his goals propelled him to national notoriety, but sadly a bout of testicular cancer saw his career hit the buffers.

Harris made a full recovery from his illness and moved to Nottingham Forest after spending some time on loan at Cardiff City.

However, he has struggled to maintain his place in the Forest side as the club have gone through a succession of managers - and Gary Megson has allowed Harris to join the Gills for the rest of the season on loan.

Harris goes straight into the squad for Monday's match at Brentford.
