Jarvis: on his way, according to Paul Scally

Jarvis, who has courted interest from a host of clubs at League One, Championship and Premiership level, turned down a £650,000 move to Nottingham Forest a fortnight ago, but Scally believes the 20-year-old winger has already agreed a deal with a new club.

Talking to BBC Radio Kent, he explained, "I guess the cynics would look at this situation and say who's looking after who best.

"The question is - is it the agent looking after himself or is he looking after Matthew Jarvis' career?

"I have strong views as to where Jarvis is going and feel the deal has already been done."

Scally is said to believe that Jarvis will be moving to a Championship club, but that club's identity remains unknown.
