Jarvis swap deal a possibility?

Gills manager Ronnie Jepson has gone on record in his admiration for the French stopper, dubbed "Le Keeper" by Argyle fans - and has stated his interest in signing him on a permanent basis.
Meanwhile, Ian Holloway's Plymouth have made no secret of their interest in Gills winger Matty Jarvis, making the only confirmed bid for the player, offering £250,000 - an offer that Gills chairman turned down.
With Larrieu's emergency loan spell now at an end and with Gillingham desperate for a full-time keeper to supplement the injury-prone Kelvin Jack, the Gills may be open to a possible swap deal involving Jarvis moving to Home Park in exchange for Larrieu and a decent-sized cash sum.

Rumours suggest an unknown Championship club may be about to launch a last-gasp bid for Jarvis before the end of the transfer window - and that club may well be Plymouth.
Whether a deal can be done - swap deal or straight cash deal - or not remains to be seen, but with both clubs interested in each other's players, a swap deal might not be out of the question.
