Jepson: signed a two-year contract as Gills manager

Jepson replaced Neale Cooper in November last year, and has impressed many Gills fans.

Jepson originally joined the Gills with former manager Stan Ternent as his assistant, and stayed in that role under Neale Cooper. Under Ronnie the Gills have won 11, lost 8 and have drawn 7 matches to date. This compares favourably to Cooper's 7 victories, 10 defeats and 5 draws, but remember Cooper was hit by a long injury crisis.

Jepson has become a fans favourite and there were no questions asked when he was given the role as caretaker then manager until the end of this season. But the results have impressed Scally so much; he has offered him this two year deal.
