New face on the way?

Lordan: Could be Priestfield-bound
A midfielder with an eye for goal, Lordan has been made available by his current club Ipswich Town, who are trying to help a trio of young stars find contracts with new clubs.

Lordan won the FA Youth Cup with Ipswich last season, and Lordan was one of the major players in that success, scoring twice against Southampton as Ipswich drew 2-2 in the first (away) leg of the final at St Mary's.

Sources in Suffolk suggest that Lordan is set to join up with Gillingham on a trial basis - and if The Republic of Ireland under 18 international impresses Ronnie Jepson, he could earn a permanent deal at the club.
