Reorganisation needed - Scally
"We have to get players out to bring players in. I'm sure we can bring some loan signings but the budget is tight until July.
"I feel we have a squad that is quite capable of getting us out of the problem we're in. They just need to be organised in a different way.
"If we address those issues which I'm sure Stan will, we'll see a different side against Wigan on Saturday."
With a whole clutch of players playing for their Gillingham futures, and new contracts, the next 24 games will give Stan Ternent a chance to see what the Gills players are made of - and at the end of the season, he'll have the task of deciding who stays and who goes.
The first challenge for the players is to show their mettle against one of the Championship's best sides, Wigan Athletic this weekend. Kick off at the JJB Stadium is 3pm on Saturday.
