Fans looking to pick up their Season Tickets on Saturday before the Huddersfield Town match have been asked to do so before 1.30pm.
The club have also apologised to the fans for the inconvenience surrounding the ticketing for Andy Hessenthaler's testimonial match last weekend. Some fans were able to buy allocated tickets, but after the power cutoff and the subsequent crashing of the ticket issuing system, the club was forced to revert to the old-style pay-on-the-turnstile method of admission, with no allocated seats. This caused much confusion among the fans on the day, and the club has apologised for this.
The club's statement said they had technicians working on getting the ticketing system back up and running - and they hope to have everything back in working order by the middle of the week.
Any ticketing queries should be directed to the Priestfield ticket office on 01634 300 000.
