Sodje extends Shakers stay

The 35-year-old defender has played seven games for the Shakers since joining on loan a month ago. He has also been on the scoresheet, netting a consolation goal against Darlington in late February.

The deal means Sodje will continue at Gigg Lane for another month, with the Gills having a 24-hour recall option should Mark Stimson feel the need to bring him back into the squad.
