Striker Vincent Pericard will hope to make his Swindon debut after completing a move from Carlisle but may have to settle for a place on the bench.Winger Alan O'Brien (hamstring) is out but Steve Morrison is available after returning from loan at Southend.
Gillingham welcome back centre-half Josh Gowling from suspension and he is set to replace Matt Fry who has returned to West Ham.
Midfielder Curtis Weston is also available after a one-game ban.
Gillingham boss Mark Stimson told BBC Radio Kent:
"It's been very frustrating [not playing for three weeks] but some of the injured players are coming back.
"The start of the season Swindon were looking to get in the play-offs and I'm not surprised where they are in the league.
"We'll be looking to build on our last away game against Exeter."
