Johnson: back in training

Johnson, who has suffered a succession of injuries during his time at the club, has made just 18 league starts since his arrival in July 2002, scoring five goals. However, when fully fit, he is a real asset to the side, especially when deployed just behind the main strikers 'in the hole'.

Tommy has had his critics while at Priestfield - and it is expected that this season will be his last as a Gills player - but he may still have a major part to play in Gillingham's season.
