Wallace still a doubt

Wallace returned to competitive action after six weeks out with a hamstring problem, and although first-team coach Wayne Jones refused to rule him out completely, it is unlikely he will play against the Potters.

Jones said: "We brought him off after about 70 minutes in midweek. He came through okay, but he still lacks match fitness and practice.

"I think he will feel a lot better for that reserve run-out, but I'm not sure he's ready straight away for the first-team."
