Whole squad free to go?

Hislop: Hoping for a move back to Scotland
Hislop, currently at the centre of a row between Gillingham and his former club Inverness Caledonian Thistle over the non-payment of his transfer fee, has made the statement while explaining the current situation at the club.

"I've still got 18 months left on my deal at Gillingham," Hislop told Sky Sports.

"But because they are in such a bad state they've told the entire squad we can go on a free transfer if we can find a club.

"That doesn't mean I have to go. I spoke to the new manager and said if I could find a club in Scotland - the right club for me - I'd seriously think about it. But if not, Gillingham will get nothing but 100 per cent from me."
