There's been a lot of discussion about how the club can improve it's current position. We've given you six options to choose from - and it's your job to vote for the one that you think would be the most beneficial to the club.
The six options are:
- Ditch the long-ball game
- Sign creative midfielder
- New manager
- New captain
- New stadium
- Cheaper ticket prices
They're all suggestions made by Gills fans in recent weeks - so which option gets YOUR vote?
