Headley's stint at the top of the table only lasted a fortnight (bugger! - Ed). His score of 32 points equalled his table topping high score, but the man to beat is now Guffie. His remarkable score of 47 (out of a possible 55 points) puts him top and looks a hugely difficult total to beat.
Grumpy might have to change his name after his best week so far. 36 points takes him second, while Fred_the_Needle, after a shocker of a week last week, had a much better time of it in week 3 - and he sits in fourth place in the table.
The competition saw a number of new entries this week. AnnaB's score of 25 points would have put her in a respectable position in the first two weeks, but her score leaves her in 8th. Kane_Gills managed one point better - he's in 7th. However Priest_Field and new 365 columnist Jasper_Gill didn't fare so well in their debut week - and they sit in 9th and 10th places respectively. The best performance from the newcomers was from Pub_landlord, whose 35-point haul puts him in third place. All hail to the ale!
Moving from the landlord to the beer, Spitfire missed his opportunity to improve his Week 2 score and sits at the bottom of the table. Hopefully he'll be back in Week 4 to improve his score.
With each player's best weekly score counting towards the high score table, it's anyone's title, and the competition will remain wide open until the end of the season. Guffie will be confident that he can win the Championship Picks title this season with a mammoth return of 47 points, but can you do better? Send in your predictions for Week 4 and see if you're up to the challenge...
