The new players included Ipswich Town fan SirWark, but sadly, his Championship Picks campaign started with a pretty average 24 points, which leaves him bottom of the high score table. We'll see if he can do better next week - and see whether he'll bring some more tractor boys to take on us Gills fans...
Of the other newbies, Alrewassteve and Gills21st had the best debut week, both scoring 27 points and giving them mid-table respectability (or mediocrity, depending on your view).
Jamesy301276 also took up the challenge this week - but his points score of 25 leaves him in equal 12th place.
The worst score of the week was by Priest_Field, who could only manage 15 points, while the best performance of the week was by young Jasper_Gill. His score of 30 lifted him from the bottom of the table to a very respectable seventh (just behind me! - Ed).
As I'm sure you all now know, with each player's best weekly score counting towards the high score table, it's anyone's title, and the competition will remain wide open until the end of the season. Register your predictions for Week 6 - and spread the word, Championship Picks is dead easy - and as Gills fans, it's probably the only thing we have a chance of winning this season!
