The Chichester based official appears to favour the card waving style of maintaining control. Last season, whilst officiating Conference games, he managed to issue 10 red cards in 16 games.
Grant Smith, the Fourth Official, is also new to the League. He was appointed to the National Group of assistant referees this season.
