Kent based Phil Crossley takes the whistle for the Carling Cup 1st Round fixture against League One outfit Colchester United
Mr Crossley makes his return to the game having missed all of the 2007/08 season through injury. He suffered a number of broken bones when he collided with Seth Johnson in a match at Derby. We wish him well on his return to fitness.
Paul Melin reverts to Assistant Referee, having refereed for a number of seasons, including our games against Cheltenham (A) and Luton (H).
