Kazim-Richards: Impressed on his Seagulls debut
After making his debut for Brighton against Derby County, the 18-year old couldn't contain his happiness at playing in the Championship.

"I can't stop smiling," he said.

"There are a great bunch of lads here. I think we can match most teams in this division."

Kazim-Richards was signed thanks to Seagulls fan Aaron Berry, who won the Coca-Cola Win-A-Player competition last season. As a result, Brighton had £250,000 to to spend on bringing a young player to the club - and Berry was delighted to see the player he 'won' for his side do so well.

"He was superb. I think defenders are going to find him hard to deal with. The fans here think he can make a difference to us."
