The competition, in conjunction with the Football League's sponsors Wickes, challenges fans to chip a football into a specially-designed shed. Fans are chosen by a lucky number in the matchday programme - and get three shots to score two...er...sheds, to win a kitchen.
On the opening weekend of the season, Palace fan David Westlake from Rochester [why not the Gills, David? - Ed] had a shocker with his three shots, failing to even hit the shed, let alone get one in it. He still 'won' a Palace goody bag for taking part, however.
Keep your eyes open, as other clubs are also looking at running 'On Me Shed Son' for their halftime entertainment. Maybe we'll even see it at Priestfield this season, who knows?
